I appeared for jee mains and scored 96.5 percentile. We can find the application form in nta. nic. in the official site of nta. I am fully satisfied with the admission process. I got into this college because of my rank.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose ece branch because we get more career options. The faculties are very good and highly qualified. Most of them are iit graduates and have done Ph.D. from iits. Out of 113 students, only 25-30 are girls and the rest are boys. Here we have two examinations in one sem i. e mid sem and end sem. You can pass the exam easily however scoring good marks requires hard work.
Placement Experience
After the third-year student becomes eligible for campus placement there are many companies like Microsoft adobe, and google, Wipro and many students have been placed here. Most companies come to nit Raipur. The highest package is 6500000 this time and the lowest is 500000. avg package in ece is 1200000.in ece 87 percent of students get placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
Here the course fee is nearly about 125000for the second year for gen and obc. The complete cost including course + living comes to about 200000 per year. You can get a scholarship also but I didn't get a scholarship. But you apply for a fee scholarship. And some scholarships are given by the state government if you belong to St, sc, Or obc. But the general student doesn't get anyone of these.
Campus Life
The annual fest is electrika which is conducted in June. There are lots of fests, tech fest avartan, shrutti, nrityyam, and many more. The library is not that good but you can get books related to your course. Here we play a lot of game like Cricket volleyball football basketball. We also take part in inter nit tournament.
