Remarks
I had given JEE Mains to be eligible for admission to this college. I secured a decent rank which allowed me to choose the required branch. I came to know about the exam through YouTube and Google. The application fee was Rs. 650. I got the all India's rank was 80868 and OBC's rank was 22540.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen Mining Engineering as I have an interest in Mineral Extraction and Geology. The faculty-student ratio is quite good which is about 1:50. Most of the faculties are PhD scholars or M. Tech grads. They are so good at teaching. Mid semesters are after 2 months of starting semester and End semesters after 1.5 months from mid semesters. They are moderate to pass.
Internships Opportunities
The companies which offer internships are Adobe, Tata Steel, D Shaw, Amazon etc. Most students visit campus for internships and some do online also. They offer various tasks like research and data analysis.
Placement Experience
After 6 semesters or 3 years, students are eligible for placement. The companies that visit the campus are Vedanta, Adobe, Amazon, Adani, L and T etc. Last year 738 offers were selected. The highest package was 55 lpa and the average was 10.1 lpa. Around 75-80% of students get placed every year. I want to grab placement after the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee Structure is based on the annual income of parents. If the parent's income is above 5 lpa then the students have to pay full fees i.e 140000/yr. If their parent's income lies between 1-5 lpa they have to pay 54500/yr. If a parent's income is below 1 lpa then they have to pay around 10000/yr. There is an NSP for students who want to avail of the scholarship facility.

Our college organizes many fests which include E- Summit which usually happens in December, Samar which is organised in March- April, Shruti the annual singing fest which happens in October, and Avartan, Eclectika in February. Most of the books are available in Library. Classrooms have projectors and LEDs. Clubs and committees include Go Green, NSS, E- Cell, Technocracy, Shaurya, Nrityam etc.
