Remarks
The trips are the great ways to break out of monotony, an end to a boring lectures or subjects or bring life into something like refresh yourself completely. It also gives all the students a chance to get to know each other at the personal level other than the professional capacity environment in the college. All of them loves these kind of relaxed and informal environment where there is no pressure of marks, assignments, case studies or the constraints of any classrooms lectures and grades / credits.
Entrance Preview
The students who have appeared and secured positive non-zero CMAT score which was conducted by AICTE are eligible to apply in this course. All the other students can seek admission through CAP rounds i.e. centralised admission process which is conducted by DTE or they can also apply admissions directly under minority seats / institute level seats / against vacant seats. The admission process is quite straight forward and you need to bring all the documents everytime you come to college at the time of admission.
Placement Experience
All the top and leading companies love to be a part of this placement week event and they look forward to it every year. All the students are trained properly through mock session interviews and are prepared well for all sorts of pressures. The process is quite long and everyone is ready to grab the opportunity that comes in their way. College has been able to maintain a 100% placement track record till now.
College Events
Our college - Poona Institute of Management Sciences & Entrepreneurship organized a State Level Seminar on Management Practice for Business Development and it went very good. The whole management was very happy with the way we got response and feedback. The event was very successful and this seminar gave a lot of key points to discuss during the regular lectures in the classroom.
Campus Life
The institute / college has conference rooms and two seminar halls in which students can get the core of interactive form of learning. A lot of brainstorming sessions / seminars / group discussions etc takes place here. It is completely equipped with latest and modern and updated audio visual aids for all sort of activities like round table conference, presentations and seminars. Guest lectures are also conducted here in this room.
