The college management supports and encourages the students to explore their talent. For instance, our college cricket team were runners up in Eenadu tournament twice. Few of our students were invited by NASA. Few started startups and few more got placed in prestigious foreign universities.

Admission into RGUKT (IIT) is based on SSC results. Only the toppers of SSC are given preference along with category reservations and Govt/Private school. So in Open Category if one has scored 9.8 or more, very good chances of getting the admission into the college. I have scored 585 i.e 97.5%. In campus, as we are surrounded by like minded people, it helps in personal and academic growth.

As it is 4 year course. First two years' curriculum focuses on all the major subjects (M.Bi.P.C) along with English and Telugu. For Engineering, the autonomous curriculum followed here mainly focuses on to prepare the student for competitive exams like GATE. The courses are completely online, we could access them from the laptops provided by the college."Learning by doing" helps the students explore many corners of the subjects. Videos,Content books, Practice Sessions etc. offer you a great quality of education.

As most of the faculty here are from M.Tech qualified and Ph.D faculty. our faculty are ready to offer internship though the college doesn't offer on its own.The stipend and experience you get depends on the professor you work under.

All the major MNCs recruit from our college. From ECE 110 out of 180, In CSE 90 out of 180 were placed. Two digit numbers from other branches as well.The companies Thoughtworks, Intel, ADP, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, TechM, Effectronics,Nissan and more. with the packages ranging from 3.3lpa to 8lpa. And intel offers 12lpa.

We celebrate have annual day and engineer's day as Xplode and Viprasta respectively one being cultural and other being technical inviting participation from across the nation. We visit colleges near to us and invite them for participation. Those events would last for 3 days bringing the campus a great looks.We also celebrate branch specific Teacher's day, Sports Meets and New year parties.

Depending on the category, fee is reimbursed leaving not so burden fee for you to pay.Annually the fee is around 38000 out of which a BC candidate would be left with some 6000 and OC candidate with some 10000 per annum to pay, if your parent's annual income is below the standard income. SC and ST would be completely exempted from paying fee. One can pay the complete fee after completion of 4 years at one go or annually.Candidates availing no reimbursement have to pay it annually.

As many of the students are from rural government schools, they will have a National Merit Scholarship which anyhow is not associated with the college. The loan for paying fee can be applied and availed from our college bank branch itself.

Gender ratio here is 4:5 for female to male. We could experience different cultures and dialects as we have students from across the state. Yoga is made must for intermediate students. Debates, group discussions, personality development, sports are quite common.Ragging here is completely banned and the best and secured place for girls.There is no discrimination at all based on gender,religion,economic status.All the students have to wear college uniform to cover economic status.

As we have a great infrastructure, the hostels here are awesome having 2 sharing, 3 sharing and 6 sharing rooms.And still the infrastructure is being expanded. The quality of the food depends on the contractors. Expect for one contract all others were serving very good food with variety of dishes.We have a ground and canteens. The auditorium construction is under process.

The alumni are always very helpful in person. But as we do not have any get-to-gathers or meet ups, the network of alumni is not so strong.But once we get in touch with an alumnus, their guidance would help a lot.

Earlier we used to have weekend exam of MCQs. But made our days hectic and later on it was changed to just monthly exams with Objective and Descriptive type of questions with equal weight.Monthly exam were good as they made good time for our labs too.And one can definitely experience the quality of the paper that tests your intelligence with aptitude.

Once SSC results are declared, if one's score is good enough to get him/her a seat, one has to apply for the admission online or offline. Preference of campus (Idupulapaya or Nuzvid) has to be selected. Even if applied online we have to post the application to reach the campus by deadline. It will take 2 or 3 months to declare the selected candidates. Once the selection list is out, we will soon get an admit card to attend the admission process at the selected campus. We have to carry all the documents mentioned and should reach on time. If one couldn't make without any intimation his/her seat would be allotted to waiting list candidate.Your seat will be confirmed as soon as the document verification is done and you will be given ID card.

The majority of faculty here are qualified with M.Tech from IITs. And few with Ph.D. As it is residential, the faculty are easily accessible, not in just working hours, they welcome your doubts at any point of time. Many of the faculty provide you with detailed and practical explanation of the topics.
