Entrance Preview
B.com hons entrance exams. I have scored 130 out of 200. there is no interview for this course. it is only based on merit. And if you have 70+ percentage there are lot of chances of admission there.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty is really very good and course is also good in that University because its a central University and here is special because B.com (Hons.) is there. Faculty standards is very nice. Infrastructure is also much much better than other universities. all faculty buildings and courses are honours degree there.
Internships Opportunities
Yes they provide but not in B.com courses. some of the courses are there which are comes under stipend. JRF qualified students or some professional courses comes under this and gets the stipend. Bcom B.A or some academic courses doesn't comes under this. Medical students or bio tech students gets the stipend.
Placement Experience
Placement is very good in master courses or professional courses. Many companies from all over the world came here and recruit the students. at that time when i was there hero honda, india bulls, genpac, PepsiCo and my other companies hired the MBA students. HCL and some other companies like Accenture hired the engineering students.
Campus Life
Compus life is really different from other universities. Sir Syeds dream had almost been fulfilled had it not been for the ensuing years. When I first visited the campus,I was quite impressed, and I dream of studying there one day.With its great legacy and glorious past,of imparting knowledge & recognition to the thousands that had studied from this university, I wanted to become a part of this great institution. Abdullah Hall was huge.It was built in the expanse of some 10 kilometers or slightly less. It had five hostels, a degree college, a school, two libraries, a working womans hostel a phone call centre, the provost office and also lots of open fields.It struck me as a great foundation, laid out for the noble purpose of imparting rich and life long experiences.
Alumni/Alumna
My experience with my seniors is really interesting. after getting admission in University a hostel allotted to me and on same night 2 seniors came and knocked my room and asked for ragging. i was too worried and scared but they were really gentleman they co operate me and told me that your work is very easy they give me a 25 paise coin and told me measure this field with this coin. o my God! Is this really a easy task. i dont think so. i do that for half an hour and senoirs was too glad coz i obey their orders. but that was very difficult task.
