The college is extremely good with a good Environment to study giving u corporate experience as well which prepares you for the Industry. My experience with the college is extremely good & I own a Lot to Amity Patna!!
Entrance Preview
MAT - I scored 78 percentile. I choose this college because i wanted to study in good MBA college, found myself fortunate that Amity was in my home town.
Course Curriculum Overview
I would access the Course as 9 on 10, as it has a good curriculum covering the new topics as well. this makes the students prepared for the industry.
Internships Opportunities
There were many companies which were for Internship. AXIS Bank, HDFC Bank, Airtel, BPCL, IOCL, Reliance, HSBC Bank, Gargi Grand Hotel, Maurya TV Etc. No stipend is offered for the Internship.
Placement Experience
In my batch we were 30 students.out of which 28 were placed. Many companies such as Axis Bank, Tata Motors, Hyundai, Care India Etc came for placements.
College Events
There are many Functions & events celebrated in Amity Campus. Its always a fun time here. All the Festivals were celebrated with great pomp & enthusiasm. Other events included freshers party, Farewell party Orientation Program, Alumni Meet etc. A big event on Founders day is celebrated named as Sangathan.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is somewhat feasible. I got the scholarship so my fee was less compared to others.you have to pay your fees at the time of admission & then after the End Semester exams
Fees and Financial Aid
I was given a scholarship as my marks in the Graduation was very good. In scholarship I got some reduction in my tution fees. Loan Facility is also provided by college as they have tie ups with some Banks.
Campus Life
The Campus life of Amity is completely Chilled out & fun to be. The male female ratio was almost equal. We used to have numerous events & competitions. There was a huge opportunity for students to showcase their talent. Learning opportunity was also huge.
Hostel Facilities
I was at my home town so i don't know much about the Hostel & mess facility. Amity Patna does not have a boarding facility though they are planning to have one college hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors in our college were extremely supportive & good. They were very helpful and guided us whenever we required. We used to have a lot of interaction with our seniors.
Exam Structure
Exams were hectic. We had End semester after each Semester. We had 2 mid semesters. Exams were conducted strictly.
Faculty
As far as Faculty is concerned, i would rate 8.5 on 10. Faculty in Amity is also good & highly qualified.
