Remarks

At least 60 per cent in PCM in 12 and its application is found at its website hbtu.ac.in and its fees is 2000 and you got reservation as such sc, St, obc and freedom fighter quota and many more. I want to improve this admission date along with jossa counselling

I choose mechanical engineering and its faculty is very good and supportive all teachers are doing PhD and MTech in IIT and his teachings method are very impressive. A total of 3 exams are done each semester (2mid sem and 1 end semester). They make a paper difficult as like gate paper but it is as such difficult to pass if you are studying which they teach

Placement Experience

You will get placement in the 7th semester and a 6.5 cgpa must be for sitting in placement. Hero, amazon, exon, Hal, Maruti, L&T, and more companies are coming to our college. The highest salary is 69 lakhs in CSE and an average of 6.7 lakhs. I will prepare for the gate after completing my degree.

I feel its fees are very high after seeing their infrastructure and seeing their facilities I believe my all money is spent successfully. You will get scholarships like siemen and many more with stipend

The annual fest is organised by students such as tecknia, and Adhyay and the alumni meet fest. There is the library as name Ravindra Nath Tagore library. A sports fest is organised as such aagaz, HPL, HSL, CLUSTER and many more and there have many clubs as an aero club, auto Robo club, e cell, calldius, magnesia, ascpc club and many more and these are run by students

Hostel are in good condition and there are single, double,and triple room . Meal quality are not good as expected. Resistration process is very simple which you easily fill it's application on hbtu website and get easily hostel . If you want pg then you will get in Navabgang

Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. All About the HBTU throught the lens of a first year student.

The other colleges which i applied to were IET Lucknow , IIIT Una , IIIT Dharwad and other lower IIITs . I choose over those since this colleges reputation and placements spoke for itself they had a very good track record regarding this course and many famous companies have been coming here repeatedly. The admission in this college is through HBTU e-counselling site which is a standalone website managed by HBTU itself . It has a registration fees of 2500 rupees is non refundable . There you fill your choice of courses . The branch is alloted according to your JEE MAINS rank and your preference list . After the seat allotment letter you have to visit college and there you will have to submit your documents then you will be given a provisional admission letter and you are given a choice to upgrade your branch to the courses you have selected in your preference list. The admission in this college for UG is given through only JEE MAINS for engineering and all other branches leaving Biotechonlogy and Biochemical where you can get admission through CUET....Read More

I only applied on josaa counselling and then in HBTU. My rank was not good enough to get a confirm seat in any core branch . Then I opted for HBTU counselling which was providing better seat in that rank if compared .Then onwards I didn't apply in any of the college. To get admission in HBTU Kanpur, you can register in the college counselling and fill the desired seats.
