Remarks
We given jee advance, we got qualified for advance,you will be allotted a seat according to your rank in josaa counseling, after counseling you will have direct contact with IITs which you got the seat, they communicate with you with mentors, and they will explain the application process. And cutoffs will be different for different categories, you can check them josaa website. You will eligible for the course by cutoffs of that course, the application fee is free, and the campus will tell you application dates, and reservation benefits for better courses and for seats.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have an interest in that related field that's why I chose this course. Faculties are very much helping and are always happy to answer your all doubts. Thay is very much professional in their field and has a very huge amount of knowledge. We have 3 exams in a semester, with the same difficulty level, it is moderate in level if you have studied well.
Internships Opportunities
IIT Bhilai actively helps students in getting internship opportunities by informing them through the mail. Many of the students got very good internship opportunities in various MNCs. IIT Bhilai promotes the need for internships for getting experience that will help in the industry.
Placement Experience
Placements in IIT Bhilai are very good as compared to the 3rd gen IITs, it is becoming better year by year. Many of the top companies like L&T, Amazon, etc come for on-campus placements. Avg PKG: 17lpa, highest package: 27lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
Nowadays studying engineering is very much costly in all colleges, IITs also has a high fee but on the other hand, they provide many opportunities for scholarship, i.e. if a student's family income is low, they are provided a scholarship by the institute itself, and other than that you can apply for any other scholarship provided by the government.
Campus Life
The biggest of all the events happening at IIT Bhilai is "Meraz", it happens in the month of November. Library contains all the required books that anyone may need. All of our classrooms are fully equipped with various kinds of amenities including ac, projectors, speakers, etc. Sports are also taken seriously in IIT Bhilai, we have 'Prayatna' as our intra-IIT sports competition. There are many clubs for different areas like robotics clubs, coding clubs, music clubs, dancing clubs, etc.
