I got admission through to jee mains where I had a rank of 90 k and through the ggsipu counseling processing, I got into the information technology brand. You can find all the application forms and other details on the ggsipu official site. I think the admission process is pretty straightforward and clear; there is nothing much that can be done to improve it.

I chose this course because it is pretty much similar to computer science and this was the best I could have gotten for my rank. faculty, I would say decent and mainly talking about cracking GATE exams rather than motivating us for placements or even extra curriculums . faculty: student ratio is also decent like 1:7 which has never been a concern. Term exams occur every 3 months either in form of mid-term or end-term and are not so easy but not too hard as well.

Students are eligible to sit in on-campus placements from 3rd year onwards and placements are the only good thing or you can the best thing about this college, almost all the major companies visit for the placements along with the not so much known one's, major ones like google, amazon, adobe, TCS, Microsoft, etc. and in total around 120 - 130 companies come on campus and at least 750 offers have been offered in total. The highest package from the 2021 placements was 1.32 crore but that is off campus I think, nearly 90 to 95 percent of students get placed, my plan after getting the degree is to work for the job I will receive.

The fee structure is pretty decent when you compare it with other engineering colleges I think this college is not charging any extra. yes, there are a few scholarships available which are: the EWS scheme, post matric scholarship for SC/ST/OBC students, centrally sponsored scheme, Pragati scholarship scheme for girls, and Saksham scholarship scheme for specially-abled students.

The annual fest is enva and the tech fest is Paridhi which are organized in June and December respectively. Well, the availability of books is pretty satisfying you can just go to the library and issue any book you want from there and you can find decent books over there. The infrastructure of the classroom is not that good there and in some classes, there is not even ac in some classrooms. Sports activities do exist on the campus but are not much supported or sponsored by the faculties, there are just 2 outdoor badminton courts and that's it. There is good music like octave, tech clubs like techsoc and IEEE, and management clubs like Prakriti.
