Remarks
Admission to IIIT for UG courses is based on JEE MAIN entrance examination. And approx 97+ percentile is required to get CSE or IT branch. And the placement and fee details are available on IIIT Bhopal's official website.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is one of the best as It is an Institute of National Importance and directed toward Technology so their course curriculum also reflects that as subjects are more Technology centric and also include subjects related to future technologies. Currently, Our mentor institute is MANIT Bhopal so we share some faculty from MANIT and the rest are from IIIT itself
Internships Opportunities
Currently internship opportunities are few but some big companies are coming and giving good stipends to student in 2022 PayPal came and give a 50k stipend to 4 students and MathWorks also came and give around 40k stipend
Placement Experience
Placements are quite good in IIIT BHOPAL our seniors are placed in top MNCs with quite a high packages and on average for cse students average package is about 14-15 LPA and similar is for IT students. And placement percentage is also above 90+
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is quite High around 163000 per year. And IIIT works under the PPP model so it doesn't provide and scholarship from their end. But students can avail of scholarship whichever come under their respective state scholarship program or under National Scholarship.
Campus Life
Currently, IIIT Bhopal doesn't have its own campus so we share the campus from MANIT BHOPAL for our Lectures, labs, Library etc. But for first-year IIIT provide a hostel with their partner institute which is currently around 18 km from Campus and provides Bus service to students. And for the second year and above there are no such Hostel Facilities so students manage their accommodation in nearby society and flats. And currently, IIIT Bhopal own Campus is under Construction so students get proper Infrastructure when it will be completely constructed.
