Remarks
Seniors are very helpful here you want to know about anything or have any doubts then you can directly approach any senior you see and definitely they will help you in the best way they can. There is no ragging here and you can hardly spot an difference between seniors and juniors.
Entrance Preview
I haven't took any entrance exam to be here and got a decent scholarship which was a good enough reason to join Chennai institute of technology . Other reasons to join this institute was that it provides global exposure and also because of the good diversity in the campus.
Campus Life
It has a great diversity. There are students from almost all the states of INDIA and some international students as well. Each month there are many workshops organised through which you can learn a lot . Almost each sport is present here except swimming as there is no swimming pool. Gender ratio is better than other colleges .
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms and service provided here are really good. You have any problem regarding anything , you can just go to the Warden and it will be solved the very next day or same day itself. There are cameras in very block of every floor so ragging does not exist here mess food just like other colleges is normal.
Faculty
The faculty is good enough here ! As per my experience here , they try their very best to teach you what they can. Many teachers here are Mtech. qualified and some seem like they just completed their college a year ago my EE teacher is really a pain to face you will find a variety of teachers here .. best ones and even the worst ones.
