Course Curriculum Overview

I want to start my business. The faculty is good and students are an average based on discipline and other activities. The NIRF ranking of this college is A+. Exams gap is at least 1.5 months and the difficulty is good.

Class Size: 78Course Fees: INR 68000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I don't know about this but for marketing, many companies come for BBA and MBA. Usually, people take internships off-campus cause students are usually not interested in campus internships as they are not so great.

Placement Experience

2.5

5th semester of BBA and 3 semesters of MBA it usually vary in all courses. Delloite, axis bank, etc. come for placements. 60% maybe, not sure about this.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, the fees are fine. The scholarship is good but you'll only get at the start according to your marks scored in 12th. I am unaware of Financial assistance. Campus stipend can be considered the average for BBA.

Campus Life

Fest is good, especially the grafest. Books are available in the library. Classrooms only have projectors as amenities, Sports and extracurricular activities are one of the best here. Finance club, gesrc (graphic era social and responsibility cell), organizing club, etc.

Admission

Eligibility:- 75% in 12th. Application forms can be filled out online at geu.ac.in or offline in the college. Reservations:- if your parents are in defense, girls quota, etc. Too much of a procedure and for that, you have to go to many departments.

After 1st year the student are eligible for placement there are lot of companies visited like Reliance,Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, TOI, and the minimum package is 4 lakh and the maximum package is 30 lakh approximately 85 percent students are placed

From semester5 student becomes eligible for placemenets.there are companies like accenture and delloite comes with placemenets offer and internship oppurtunities. there are 50 percent Students got placed in last year of BBA My plans is to grab a better palcement oppurtunity

From second semester the intership placement is eligible for the students The company visited here mend solution, bajaj, etc The average package is 6Lakh per annum and highest is 15Lakh per annum 75 % is needed for placement After getting the degree I will use to apply for the best companies

Placement Experience:

As I am a bba student and I have 3 year of course duration so students starts doing internship from 2nd year and. Placements aree provided from 3 year. By college The highest page goes of 12 lpa in bba and average goes of 5lpa . Approx 80% students get placed .I am planning to do my masters afterwards. Major companies like Amazon and many more visits to our college

P&G, Jyothi Laboratories and many such companies and even technology companies are also some which comes for placements. However I have plans for further studies so I won't be applying for job otherwise placement as high as 12lakhs have been provided by our campus.

At Shivalik like we have been advised to find internships from each semester here on. So after internship the CV building and skill building training are provided. It is amazing to know that many reputed and well established names such as Windlas Biotech and RR Cable have started coming to our campus and hiring students as junior managers at a salary of 4 lakhs or so.

Windlas Biotech, Rice Mills and likewise many other companies that operates in Uttarakhand are the ones that offered placements. Also, other companies such as HUL, P&G and other FMCG and Capital Goods companies are also coming for placements here.
