Course Curriculum Overview

I choosed the electronic and communication department since I had an interest in it from childhood onwards. Especially after the 10th. the faculty-student ratio is approx 20:1. More than 60 per cent of faculty are doctorates.

Class Size: 52Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The companies that offer internship is Hcl, Honeywell, Tcs, etc. They usually offer internships for a period of 3 months to 1 year. During I internship we may get up to 2 LPA after that it increases to 4 to 5 LPA.

Placement Experience

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for the placements. Many companies like Zoho, Tcs, hcl come for placements. The highest package offered was around 7 LPA and the average is 4 LPA. Around 70 per cent of students get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is. 55000- for the students who came through counselling 87000 for students from the management quota. 70000 for the hostel fees. The first graduates from their families get scholarships and need to pay half of the tuition fees.

Campus Life

The annual fest conducted in our college is the annual day, sports day, and hostel day. Our college is one of the central venues for anna university to conduct sports events in the Madurai and Sivangangai districts. any social groups are active like anti-ragging cells.

Hostel Facilities

Each room has two beds, two study tables and a cupboard and two chairs. Each room has two fans and two lights. Half of the room in our hostel has an attached bathroom for the first and second years. The meal quality is good.

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Admission

Eligibility of Course is 50 percent aggregate in physics, chemistry and maths in class 12. The application form can be found online. There are reservation benefits for students. The first graduate needs to pay only half of his tuition fees per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.
