Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is quite good and industrial level courses are present. I choose this course because of my interest. Faculty are so friendly and supportive. Faculty are available after the class hours also so that we can clarify our doubts. Most of the faculty have done PhD in reputed universities. Term exams are semester wise yearly twice. We also have internal examinations and lab examinations twice a semester.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are not available through college but our college recommends and also give time for the sake of internships. Internships are included in the curriculum to make students gain the industrial knowledge. I have made several projects such as modified hacksaw, borewell rescue robot, etc.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placements from the sixth semester onwards. More than 50 companies visit our Campus to give offers to the students. More than 90% of students get placed in our Campus. Highest package is 43lpa and the average package is around 5lpa. Many reputed companies such as tcs, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, LTI Amazon, IBM, Accenture, etc visited our Campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for our course in our college is Rupees One Lakh twenty five thousand. As I am an EBC student I got a fee reimbursement of Rupees Thirty five thousand from telangana government. I have got two offers in campus placements with a stipend of 40000 rs. Per month.
Campus Life
Life at campus is simply awesome. Weekly some contests, competitions are conducted related to various fields. Monthly twice cultural events are conducted in which many of the students participate. There is a seperate 2 floored building only for the library. It contains large number of books, articles, journals, etc. Also there is a big cricket stadium, volley ball ground, basket ball ground, football ground and an indoor stadium. Also NCC, NSS clubs are present.
Admission
I have taken EAMCET entrance exam and secured a rank of 19088. This score stood as an eligibility criteria to apply to this college. Application was jntuh affiliated and the important links and dates are shared to my mail and phone. Admission process at the college premises were perfectly organized. The faculty working there guide the students about the required documents and other kind of stuff.
