Course Curriculum Overview
I love mechanical engineering so I would choose the mechanical stream. there is plenty of faculties in this college so there are a lot of students too. there are two sections in our department. there is plenty of faculties .their teaching method was too good and they clear all problems .there is no difficulty to pass in the term exams. it's was a bit difficult and we pass in the exams too. Overall good faculties
Placement Experience
In my view, I studied mechanical engineering but for mechanical engineering students they suggested the bpo jobs how fair it is .that is the only problem that college administration needs to watch more about the employability of the students and concentration on the work
Fees and Financial Aid
According to my department, the cost is 32500 per year excluding hostel fees. and one more thing there is no financial assistance In the college. and I got a job in campus but there is no stipend for that job
Campus Life
There are a lot of amenities in our classrooms. there are a lot of books and journals in our library it was so helpful to us. Mahendra tech fest and Mahendra annual fest for their students to encourage the students for their extracurricular activities for the sports person they need to support more and need to encourage the sports person and ground
Hostel Facilities
There is a big room where 10 students are in one hostel room. there is a double cot in my review the hostel food is not good at all menu is not good. the taste is not good at all because so many times I hate the food on campus. To register the hostel in the administrative office guide us affordability is good there is one tv room and cell phones are allowed for students .there is a pg hostel there
Admission
I am an old student of this Mahendra college of engineering Salem, In this college, I have studied mechanical engineering for my course the fees should be 62000 excluding hostel fees .application forms are available on the college website and they find the fees and application dates. No there are no reservation benefits. No, the improvement of the admission process is a good one and there is no need to change the admission process.
