Remarks

I love very open communication with professors, college experience has been very interactive, great peer learning and home people's management skills. College can improve on its infrastructure in a big way.

Entrance Preview

I have given CAT entrance exam and scored 95 percentile. I opted this because of its ranking in top 10 in India and good placement record... Admission process was based through online application form.

Course Curriculum Overview

I like Accounting, Finance, Strategy, Design thinking and ADMAP in the course curriculum.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, internship is provided to the students and it is compulsory for each student. Improvement is not needed as students get internships in reputed firms.

Placement Experience

Yes, Placements are provided here. The average package is Rs. 18 lac per annum. TCS, KPMG, E&Y, IBM, Amazon and many more Companies visited for the campus placement.

College Events

Ojas, Annual day, Cultural events, Workshops, Seminars and many more events are organised in the campus. Yes, college fests are a good learning experience for the students as they get to know each other and at the same time develop management skills.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Tuition fees is Rs. 16.25 lac per year including hostel expenses and yeah, it is affordable as this fees includes 3 weeks stay in USA.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. Genuine SPJIMR review

SPJIMR PGPM program ends by Oct 15th however for rest of the college's it ends by Jan end. So due to early offer and opportunities Spjimr gets an edge. Once student gets offer from SPJIMR in Oct mid, they don't want to withdraw from course as other colleges will be out only in Jan end and don't want to loose the 1st opportunity and same was the case with me....Read More

I had applied for B-schools based on their rankings, so top 10-12. SPJIMR is one of them. There was no quota here and the application was purely merit and CAT score based. There were two ways of getting calls for interviews – profile-based (Exceptional all-around profile) and the usual CAT score based. Though in all cases the min criteria were 85%tile overall and 75%tile in each QA, LRDI, VARC for the call to be valid.
