Course Curriculum Overview

My interest in physics subject and passion for cars made me choose Mechanical Engineering. Faculty here are very interactive and they give importance to practical knowledge more than book knowledge. The faculty here are highly educated and teach very well. For every 1 1/2 months in the semester, there will be a mid-term exam and if you study well the exam is not that difficult.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities

A lot of companies offered internships for our branch. I remembered a company which is ashok leyland for one of my friends. He did the internship for around 2 months and I'm not sure about the stipend thing.

Placement Experience

From 6th semester students are eligible for placements, students who have a good CGPA are more likely to be placed in good companies. There are a lot of companies like TCS, Wipro, Tiger Analytics, Turingminds.ai, Cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture, Amara Raja, OSI digital, etc., are visited and a total of nearly 2600 students placed. The highest package offered is by Amazon, which is 46 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you buy a seat through the management quota you have to pay nearly 100000 and if you get a free seat there is no need for you to pay the money. Opportunities for the scholarship are very good. It can be availed based on the merit status of the student. I am selected by Turingminds.ai as a Data Scientist.

Campus Life

My branch's annual fest name is Sanketa and it happens in the month of January or February. The name of the tech fest is Nipuna, which is conducted by ISTE. Each branch has an individual library along with a central library and the books are good. Faculty support towards sports is outstanding.

Admission

Eligibility of the course is you should pass 12th grade with more than 50 percent and write the state entrance exam which costs around 600 for general. If you get a good rank in the test you can avail free seat in the desired branch.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.

Iam apply while EAMCET councling Jntu,anits, Gayathri, GMRIT,VR siddhartha,SVU college,srkr and some others colleges.I got ECE branch in VR siddartha engineering college in viziawada.But I want cse branch then I select choose srkr over for comparing my rankwise.The university like Jntu,Au,SVU,VR siddhartha etc I was not selected in councling by considering reservation and EAMCET rank factors.They informed message in college portal and other websites like EAMCET councling schedules.First they check the certificate like 10th and intermediate ,caste ,date of birth, adhar card, ration card and so on was asked for admission in our college after that if you are eligible for vidyadevana no need to pay fees but management students must pay minimum 20k to 30k at joining of college.The cutoff marks for our cse branch is max 7kin1st councling....Read More
