Course Curriculum Overview
I chose the BCA course for my studies, the reason the high demands of computer-related fields. The faculty at UKA TARSADIA UNIVERSITY is awesome and always available for help. They also teach ethics along with the curriculum. There are 2 mid-sem exams and one end-sem/ final sem exam for every sem. Exams are not that tough if you have good knowledge of the syllabus.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, it provides an internship after the final semester exam of the 4th and 5 th semesters. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Surat-based companies offer roles like junior developers, salesforce analysts, technical analysts, etc.
Placement Experience
Students of the 5th and 6th semesters are eligible for campus placements. During placement season many companies around 450 visit the University such as Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Piramal, etc. The highest package is 7 lakh and the average package is between 1.5 to 2 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for my course is around 170000 which can be paid in 2 installments. There are some opportunities for scholarships if you have a good rank on the merit list. Scholarships like TFWS (tuition fee waiver scheme) are available.
Campus Life
As the college is having huge campus many technical fest and annual fests are organized by the college. Fest such as UTH fest is held between October and November month. Fest such as UKA robotics i.e. technical fest is organized in the month of march after the final sem.
Admission
The admission process at UKA TARSADIA UNIVERSITY is simple and hectic-free as far as general candidates are considered. It has some seats reserved for a special Gujaratji minority candidate. The admission process is easy but there should be special volunteers assigned for certain students for a smooth process.
