Course Curriculum Overview
I was an electrical engineering student. I have chosen this course because thinking about the future. As we know that in the future electrical engineers are going to rule the country as we are using more Electric Vehicles. As coming to the faculty-student ratio we see at least 1 faculty for 30-40 students in a branch. The Faculty are well educated and teach well. But there are some people who don't teach well. Coming to Term exams for one academic year we have 2-semester exams. It isn't difficult to pass we need to study at least 60 per cent of the syllabus to pass the exam.
Fees and Financial Aid
Coming to fees the college charges as per the fee structure given by the government every year. There will be no hike for the students who have the scholarships. But for the management quota students, the fee remains constant for all 4 years. The scholarship is given by the government. We can apply for any other scholarships if we aren't eligible for the government's scholarship. The campus placements are pretty good. But for this year we saw a major drop in Software placements.
Campus Life
The only fest that is conducted is in the month of March or April. That too it's a combined fest for all the departments. Life on campus is not pretty much good. As the rules in the college changed. No one is able to move freely on campus. The books are available in the library If not we have the access to check them in the digital library. The sports also we have it at the time of the fest. The clubs are available in the college.
Admission
The only entrance exam is APEAMCET. After the results, there is a counselling process. The cut-off Is based on caste. At the time of joining for management quota full fee must be paid. For eamcet based admission students the government is providing scholarships. The lower castes are always beneficial in admission.
