Course Curriculum Overview
The course offer a secured placement guarantee. faculty are supportive and they are nice to students. most of the faculty are qualified as Phd. there are 2-semester exams every year and the difficulty is fairly hard.
Internships Opportunities
In my case, I got an internship from Ruchi Soya. there were a lot of opportunities during the internship. I got a chance to see and learn how oil refining plant works and understand their engineering principle.
Placement Experience
Placements are decent in HBTI, Kanpur. there are branches in which students receive 2 placement offers or pre-placement offers. some companies that visit are Samsung, Mues Hest, However, the Avg is quite low in the range of 5 Lac.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly tuition fee is 55000 and the hostel fee is 36000. The scholarship is available to economically weaker groups of people. there are wide opportunities for campus jobs that are opened across all of the branches.
Campus Life
Life at hbti is fairly decent, the canteen and various spots are there for social interaction. The infrastructure point of view isn't very great as it is run by govt entity. The library is there for those who need it. there is a bit of sport and extracurricular activities exposure.
Admission
To be eligible to take an admission students must finish and pass their 12th or Diploma. Take admission from any of the two entrance exams UPTU or JEE MAIN, 55000/year, applications date starts from January onwards.
