Support matters for a student to outgrow talents

Unlike others, I just took the random courses and went for admission but there we had faculties to explain to us what exactly is the course this gave me a clear picture to take the right decision for my studies. Faculties have been dedicated to our department. Each teacher's way of teaching will be different, but all my faculties have tried to make us understand the concepts in a simple unique manner. This made students think outside of the box. Every student is assigned a mentor who meets them in their studies. All my faculty members are either completed their Master's or have done Ph. D in the specific domains they are subjected to teach us. We had 2 sem exams. Unlike all, there will be one or two subjects that would be most difficult based on student interest. We went through the phase by asking doubts right before exams which made us crack the toughest of tough exams.

We had many companies related to tech, business, AI, python, salesforce, etc. The average stipend was 20k. We are encouraged to do projects that could help societies. Mine was an ML-based software project and every semester we had projects that helped us learn to apply concepts we were thought.

Right from the 6th semester, students become eligible for placements. We have different IILP courses such as Salesforce, RPA, AWS, Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc. All big 4 companies, Infosys, IBM, Dell, HP, DHL, AWS, RPA, Cisco, VMware, salesforce, ARTECH, Microsoft, flobiz, connect, Byjus, Intellipat, aficionado, and many companies have arrived. The average highest package was 25LPA and the lowest was 5LPA. 90% of students have got placed in a batch 2022 passed out. I am placed in a reputed multinational company with a hands-on package with a balanced work life and awesome career growth.

My per annum fee was 1.5 lakhs. We had a scholarship which we could avail of every semester. I am placed in an multinational company with 5LPA. I was helped to learn and crack all phase of interviews by our placement cell crew. Opportunities were n when confused they guide us to right part based on what we're our strength.

We had an institutional fest named SAMSKRUTHI and department fests like antharya, innovation, and many more. We did take part in sports activities that were hosted by another institute, but rarely we played sports at our times. Cultural was something that digs my interest. We had cultural clubs where it grabbed students to showcase their talents and have breakthrough studies weekly once. Proud that I was the cultural head during the institutional fest. We have Instagram pages of Cultural clubs, and fests where we upload their talents, and most of them have got opportunities to grow from that as well.

The minimum eligibility of the course was 60%. They have a dedicated admission team to process the application, fees, and joining date. All we were supposed to do is fill out the form and submit it. Haven't availed of any reservation benefits. For me, the Process has been smooth from the time of admission to onboarding to the class. As the year passes by we are glad that they are adapting and making changes and taking the process even more simplified.
