Remarks

My conclusion about the college management that we have a great management who are very good in their work.Yes they are helpful for us in each and every activity. They are always ready to help us when we need them they gave us proper guidance and we are very friendly with them. Sometime we all work together and we learnt many things from them

Entrance Preview

I participated in CAT and I choose GNVS Institute of management because I found that placement in GNVSIOM are higher then the fee.basically i choose this college because it has got best faculty in the mumbai and has got beautiful infrastructure.faculty will help you out in every possible way.

Course Curriculum Overview

So many papers in a year. we were having very hectic scheduled during MMS. Course curriculum was good and studied every important topic and subject of MMS. Its 2 year course and our senior got placement in 16 month .shift timing of college is similar to corporate culture . And whole classes going on projector.

Campus Life

Gender ratio is quit good. Girls from different states and city also choose GNVSIOM. No biases with gender so that friendly environment between girls and boys and other management.Campus life was good. We were having a pool, library, found good friends in college. Still in connection with them and few very good mentors i got from college

Faculty

Faculty in GNVSIOM is very good we have highly qualified faculty who Are very good in their own subjects they have proper knowledge of all the topics and they teach us in such manner we understood very easily they gave us some live projects case studies threw which we all understand the base of each and every subject they always guide us whenever we need them we feel free to contact them whenever we have any query regarding any topic or subject.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.
