overall things are good but the unavailability of placement assistance made every thing waste. our course cordinator was very supportive at any point. campus is always green and clean with water facility and transport facility at any time.
Entrance Preview
Their was no interance exam for bca in guru ghasidas university and also i was joined distance learning progarm from indian school of management ranchi(jharkhand) centre. i studied 2 years from this study centre but because of poor faculty members i left and directly taken admission in university for 3rd year in university distance learning department all faculties are highly educated,so my decision was very right to came here in university directly. I completed my course successfully with 1st class. overall experience about the university was but the only thing that should be their is placement support. Their is no placement support yet even after 5years of my pass out. The university is now declared as central university. So hope every facility would be available for future student.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course structure is good not updated. According to other students and faculties the syllabus was outdated and same book and study material was given to students from about more than 10 years. But whatever be the syllabus but faculties reached us in his/her best way.
Internships Opportunities
Their are no internship at that time but their was a project in final year which should be done by own with the help for external faculties.
Placement Experience
Their no opportunities for job for distance and regular program student at that time and yet no step has been taken for this.

No college festival was their for distance learning students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I was staying outside the college for 500/ month and fooding at rs 20 per meal. Course fee at university was 5500 per year.

The educational loan faculty was available for regular courses from pnb india. But i have not availed any educational loan.

very bad to say that every alumni sick from the poor placement support and i think no one will recommend others for taking admission at this university.
