Course Curriculum Overview

To be honest I choose this course because of my family. In our college only 20 faculties for both B.Pharmacy and D.Pharmacy. But the faculties are- M.Pharmacy and Ph.D. degree holders. And help students with any query for any time except night time. Under 1 semester there are three sessional exams that are easy to pass out.

Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Placement Experience

There is no campus placement provided by our college. Many employabilities is open after you graduate B.Pharmacy like: opening a chemist shop, getting a job in a pharmaceutical company, etc. I have a totally different plan after doing b pharmacy.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of the B pharmacy course is normal just like other colleges few fluctuations are observed according to facilities and faculties. The scholarship is provided by the government on the site UP scholarship. There is no on-campus placements and job.

Campus Life

In front of me till now no annual fest has been conducted in our college. There are lots of books in our college library but these books are only related to college studies. Fans, lights, windows, smart board, and other many amenities in our classroom. Sports or conducted every 6 months in a year. There is no official website or group but a class WhatsApp group is created for the student by the student.

Hostel Facilities

Facilities provided in a classroom include fans benches, lights, smart board, etc. No meal canteen available in our college you can go out from college in lunchtime. No hostel is available. I haven't rented any room as I do up and down from home.

Admission

For admission in B pharmacy, students must pass out from 10th and 12th with 60% of marks. The application form is provided only in college no online application forms. The minimum fee for the application form is 500 rupees.

Interview Experience

I face a group discussion with my friends and classmates. There is no interview and no written test for admission. The college management and principal sir will discuss this with the student and it's a normal discussion. You don't need any preparation you just use formal language for communication with teachers.

Bpharma at VBSPU

Course Curriculum Overview:

In current scenarios b pharma is one of the best option to pursue carrier for becoming drug inspector or pharmacist. The frequency of exam is after every 3 months we have to give sessional exams followed by annual exams ( theory + practicals).

Decent College with Average Facilities and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average, not very high but some companies do visit every year. Students become eligible for placements from final year, mostly from 7th or 8th semester. Companies are not very big mostly local or mid level pharma companies come. Some roles offered are like production, quality control and marketing. Highest package is not very high, around 3-4 LPA and average package is around 2-2.5 LPA. Percentage of students getting placement is not very high, maybe around 40-50% approx. Many students prefer to go for higher studies or try off campus jobs. My plan after completing degree is to look for job in pharma field or maybe go for higher studies depending on opportunity. Overall placement is okay but needs improvement.

Simple College with Average Opportunities

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is average, not very high but also not too bad. Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester. Some companies visit the college but not many big companies comes regularly. Companies like small pharma companies and local companies visit and offer roles like production, quality control and sales. The highest package is around 3–4 LPA and average package is about 2–2.5 LPA. Number of offers is also limited and not all students get placed. Around 30-40% students get placement from campus, rest students have to search job on their own or go for higher studies. College gives some support but not very strong placement help. Because of this, many students including me are planning for higher studies or preparing for competitive exams to get better opportunities. Overall placement is okay but need improvement.
