Entrance Preview
For B.com, no entrance exam was required. the selection was purely based on higher secondary cut offs. I was admitted based on merit.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college is affiliated to M.G. university. The curriculum is designed very well to include financial accounting, banking, commerce, Business Maths, so that a person can specialize in any of these in post graduation.
Placement Experience
We didnt have a campus placement for B.com in 2005. However, I have heard from recent passouts that they have placement and job opprotunities now . But I am not sure of the companies or packages as I have not spoken to them in detail.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is very very feasible. Back in 2005, I paid about 2000 for a year.And I also heard from current students that its about 10000 for a year now. This increase is fair considering their current facilities and 10 years gap.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am not sure about this. The fee is very low, hence affordable by all classes.But I am sure the college must be having some kind of tie up with the banks/ institutions offering educational loans.
Alumni/Alumna
Our seniors in Bcom were extremely friendly. The college has banned any kind of ragging. We had some fun events on the freshers day. The alumni network is very active and meets once a year other than the teresian bazar.
Exam Structure
We had exams every year, which says that the exams aren't too frequent. we also had a day for study after each exam which helped a last minute revision without pressurizing us too much.
