IIITA is a public university. So its fee structure is similar to nit's. As compared to other IIITs it's fee is on the lower side. Candidates can apply for various scholarships offered by the state and central government. It is famous among North Indian institute cultural festivals. And in the same manner ASMITA and APAROKSHA are technical fests that are celebrated every year., All books are available in the library.

Admission to the college is based on JEE (Mains) All India Rank. The national testing agency (NTA) conducts jee mains twice a year. After securing a rank in jee mains, candidates have to register themselves for JOSAA and CSAB counseling to get a seat in the institute. Candidates of 12th class or 12th passed out candidates can appear for JEE mains for 3 consecutive years from the year of passing. Admission will be category-wise. Different categories have their respective cutoff.
