Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course as this is a very booming field and has a very less number of analytics people in the market. The market can help me grow in the field and FORE will be a launchpad for it. The student-to-faculty ratio is 1:16. The faculty qualification is upto the mark with all having a PHD Degree at minimum from top colleges globally.

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 896500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee hike is not very much and is usually around 20-30K more than the previous year. This helps in no discrimination among the students. The cost to study is around 17 Lacs and another 2-3 lacs as expenses. There are many scholarships offered whereas the toppers also get 1 lac of every batch.

Campus Life

The annual fest is genesis & Tech fest is Data verse & both of the fests are conducted in the month of November. The book availability is really great with over 2000-2200 books available in the library. The classrooms have smart teaching facilities available and all of the campuses are AC-equipped. Sports and extracurricular activities are box cricket, arm wrestling, pool, commitment, etc.

Admission

The course eligibility is CAT/XAT/GMAT. The application form is available in online format. No reservation availed . Improvement is not needed in the admission process but it is really good as the panelists try to comfort you in the PI round and all the rounds test students' capability in all areas.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.
