Course Curriculum Overview

MBA provides deep industry knowledge and skill sets apart from bookish knowledge. This is a degree that provides great career opportunities and growth. the faculty to student ratio is 16: 1. Most of the faculty have a Ph.D. degree and are from renowned universities with rich industry experience. The exams are quite times i.e every 2 months and a student can easily pass if they have concept clarity.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 800000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The hike in fees is very less. The cost to study is 1700000 and the most amazing thing is the IIP and SEP programs which give students a global experience. 4-6 Scholarships are offered to the students which help financial aid to students who are needful.

Campus Life

The annual fest of the college is Genesis and the tech fest is Dataverse which is conducted in the month of November. There are 3000 books and journals in the college. There aren't any sports that the college organizes but there is a Box Cricket league and arm wrestling. There are 27 committees in the college.

Admission

The eligibility for the course was through CAT and XAT exams. The application form is available on the official website of FORE. No reservation benefits were given. The process was very smooth and tested all the aspects of a candidate.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. The placement is good in sales and finance department. Most of the companies comes for sales and Management. You can also offer for the finance.

Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.
