Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I wanted to pursue MS after completing my engineering now, the student-to-faculty ratio is around 1 faculty for every 25 students. Faculty are having basic qualifications whereas some of them are having PhDs and teach very well. Exams were timely and they are easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
As we have not yet gotten any placements I do not know any company which is giving placement or internship or any stipend. But yes, some internships will be going on and the stipend will be around 3L/year, the companies first give us training and then they take us permanently if we perform well. Companies are amazon and Wipro.
Placement Experience
From 3rd-year to 2nd-semester students are eligible for placements. Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, etc. The highest is 27L/yr which was scored by some seniors in our department. The percentage is around 60-high in the '90s. I plan to pursue an MS after I am done with my B.Tech.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee hike is not there and the cost to study is very high, we are asked to pay multiple diff fees for courses that are not useful and we are constantly threatened if we don't pay. There is no scholarship at least in my case and no financial assistance also. Job placements we may get this year.
Campus Life
As we were a Covid batch we did not have any major fests going on and we had only 1 or 2 fests but our juniors are having many. We have a massive library. Classrooms are very basic we have a few windows a smart board, a board and benches, and lights. Sports are almost nil but we do have a sports period once a week. We have a mrec stree Social service and many clubs which are run by college students.
Admission
I bought the seat because I did not qualify and I had entered the college with a management seat. My fee is 10 L/4yrs and I pay 2.5L every year. I do not have any reservation benefits available to me. As I am a management quota student, I don't think I can have any improvements in the admission process
