MUST READ BEFORE TAKING ADMISSION IN SRI INDU INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY

I choose this course because by choosing computer science, there are many job opportunities. The course offers many praogramming languages but the faculty failed to teach anything that a student need for getting a placement. For every new subject, there is a teacher. Every one in the faculty is qualified and knows how to teach. I don't know the qualification. Teaching is good in sri indu institute, but due to covid, we did not experience everything. But the teaching is good. They list out all the important questions for the exams. They are very friendly and teach in English. The native language here is Telegu but I know English and Hindi. But there was no difficulty. In JNTUH, a BTech course, every semester, there is first aid and a second mid and after that only, we can give the term semester exam. There internal mids exam comprises 25 marks and the end semester exams comprise 75 marks. It was not at all difficult to pass as we can buy spectrum all in one and just study for 3 days.

From 4th year only, they added us to a WhatsApp group and took a 5-7k fee for it. They provided like 4 weeks of total training in the 4th year also. Many many companies came to college and they are still coming. More than 30+ companies came till now(7 semesters completed). The highest package that my classmate got was 7LPA and the average package is about 3LPA. I don't know the exact percentage of students getting placed, but the reason for not getting placement for some students is that they are least interested. If you are a student who knew a few programming languages, then it is very easy for you to get placed. To get a job giving placement around 4-5LPA that's it.

For every year I had to pay 75000 rupees. Before every semester's exams, we have to pay examination fees also which are about 1000 rupees. So I cannot opt for fee concession as I do not have a caste certificate but in the second year, the college provided me with a 10000 rupees fee concession. So I am currently pursuing my fourth year in college and half is completed. So I got placed in 4 jobs. But I rejected the three because it was having bond terms, etc. But the college is providing active placements in college. They have also collaborated with superset for providing placements.

Every year, there is a cultural fest where cultural things going on. And there is also a tech fest called techno fest. Books are also available in the college but I didn't avail them from the library as they didn't give me the library pass but they gave to every other student except me. The classroom has a projector which they never opened in 4 years for teaching. And also the classroom has curtains and a blackboard. There is a gym, a cricket ground, a basketball ground, and a very huge campus. There created some WhatsApp groups for extra curriculum activities but they did not stare also. There are no websites run by students.

My college name is SRI INDU INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY located at sheriguda, ibrahimpatnam, Telangana. So I wrote the EAMCET entrance exam for getting a seat at JNTUH UNIVERSITY. There I have to select the preference of colleges and they will give the seat based on rank. In my college, we can get a seat by paying also 100000 rupees. Anyone can give this entrance exam by paying a small amount of fee. Then you will get the rank. After that, you have to do the document verification and they will allot a college for you. Just pay the fees online(1st year) and that's it. You can easily find the application form on the internet/google by typing the TS EAMCET application form.
