Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in ECE and opted for the course. The subject faculty are from average to above average. They have a moderate knowledge of core ECE(I felt so). We have mid-exams once a month and have to get half of the mark to get passed.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 170000 per year

Placement Experience

The placements are decent. The placements Star from 7 th semester. Many companies like Capgemini, cognizant, Accenture, TCS, Deloitte, KPMG, Sasken Technologies, Odessa, virtual, PWC, etc... have visited the college. In our batch, the highest package up to now is 12 LPA and the average package is 4 LPA. From CSE, 90 percent of students get placed and from circuit branches, the percentage is from 70 to 80. For the remaining branches, it is somewhat difficult but our batch mech had a good number of placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is 1,70,000 per year and we have to pay before the sem starts. We can get a student loan if needed. The college provides decent placements and good opportunities if we are really interested. overall placements have improved in a good way.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is good and improving year by year. We have a fest called Lavazza which happens in a great way. we have spacious grounds for sports and good opportunities for playing and representing the college. We have many groups such as UBA.

Admission

I have taken admission directly through my inter marks. I haven't taken the entrance test. The admission process is smooth and if we visit the college we can get full details of the college fee structure. The admission process is good

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Before admitting in Vel Tech, I've applied in Quaid E Millath, Queen Mary's College, Nandanam Arts college, Presidency college.I chose Veltech over these because It helps me financially and academically.Even though i had less marks Veltech admitted me. Yes I did get a rejection from other colleges due to my less performance in 12th Standard. It happened because of my medical issues.
