Course Curriculum Overview
I had choose this course because I think B Tech ( Computer Science Engineering) is a nice course and come up with a lot of job opportunities. The course curriculum of our college is very well and good. The teacher teaches us in a very amazing manner, they have a lot of years of experience. And also had an amazing way of teaching by giving practical examples. The faculty: student ratio in our college is 1: 60 in our branch. Our exams were very difficult and had to study around the year to qualify for them. And these usually happened on a time period of every month.
Placement Experience
The placements at our college are very good. The highest package offered in our college is of 44 lahks per annum and the average package offered in our college is 7 lakhs per annum. While the lowest package offered in our college is of 3.5 lahks per annum. There are a lot of companies that come to our college like Infosys, Tata, IBM, Paytm, etc. Almost more than 90% of students get their placement from college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee for our course is 1.65 lakh rupees per annual. Also, it is just the college fees excluding the hostel. The hostel fee is around 1 lakh rupees per annum. So, the cost to study here is too much. Also, there is no fee hike policy in our college. There are a lot of government scholarships available for students.
Campus Life
Life at the campus of GLA Mathura is literally very very amazing. The campus is very big and also comprises its own mall, gym, sports ground, etc. There may not be any fest happening in our college. But farewell and freshers party is organized for us. There are a lot of books and journals available in our library. Also, the sports facility in our college is amazing for all the available sports like cricket, badminton, etc. There are a lot of social groups, clubs, social media pages, and youtube channels that are run by the students.
Admission
The process of taking admission is very simple in GLA Mathura. You can take admission directly into our college by just filling out the registration form. But you must have at least 60% in your secondary and senior secondary examinations each. You can find application forms on college campuses as well as through the online portal. Yes, there are some benefits of reservation in getting scholarships, etc.
