Course Curriculum Overview
• I chose mechatronics engineering in this college as it is a very demanding and interesting branch •faculty student ratio is poor as a single teacher has to manage many classes •Almost all teachers have done PhD and have a good experience, although the teaching of some are good while some are bad • final exam was after 4months of teaching, exams were of moderate level
Placement Experience
• From 6th semester a student is eligible for placement • I am in 4 th sem and I am not eligible for placement • average package is 4 to 5 lakh per annum, and the maximum package would be 7 to 9 lakh per annum • after getting my degree I would crack the gate and do my MTech from iit
Fees and Financial Aid
•The fee structure is good and affordable to all, it would cost nearly 24000 for students to study per year compared to private colleges which charge a minimum 50 to 60 thousand per year • currently I am getting a scholarship due to a category reservation from metals
Campus Life
• There is a fest for sports named AAVHAN, overall the fest was good •there were sufficient books in the library though you need to search a lot to get one sometime •classrooms are good and there are many students which come from a different state •there are many societies in our college almost for every purpose or skill there is a society
Admission
• To enroll in JEC you need to clear JEE mains or get a decent rank(provided you have cleared 10+2) •you can apply for JEC by MPdte counseling •sc and st get good reservation benefits, obc also gets some reservation •It should be scheduled more systematically
