Even in the online mode, we have regular lectures with teaching quality at par with the offline mode. The course curriculum is very flexible. In the first two years, we finish all the basics of computer science, and the next two years can be devoted to research or to pursuing minors in other branches like economics, Biology, etc. Our college has provided a lot of options for electives in the last two years, and CSE students are eligible to choose any subject. Most of the mandatory courses are extremely relevant and essential, and some courses might not be industry-specific. IIITD has a strict plagiarism policy. Our college offers relaxation during tough times like the pandemic. Assignments and exams are on the tougher side, but the teaching is on the same level, so it is nothing one cannot handle.

According to the statistics, 90% of B.Tech CSE students get internships in their 3rd year, with a decent stipend Top recruiting companies include Facebook, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, etc. Top companies like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon gave more than 90% of students an internship offer. Companies usually come to college with tech-based roles like Software Engineers, Data analysts, Backed developers, etc.

In the 2021 and 2022 graduating batch, almost above 94% of the students got placed in the college. Almost 100% of students got placed in the CSE batch. All major tech companies like Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Amazon, Walmart, Goldman Sachs, etc., and more than 145 companies visit our college to hire students. Students from the CSE course are allowed to sit for placement tests of all the companies that come to campus. Mostly software development engineering role is offered to students. Some students also get product, design, and research roles. The highest salary package offered is 39 LPA for B.Tech students. The highest salary package offered is 50 LPA for the MTech students. The average salary package offered is 16.22 LPA. In 2021, about 282 students got an internship in the above-mentioned companies previously.

Fees for B.Tech programs are 3.75 lakhs per annum. But for the first year, it will cost approx. 4 Lakh including all the other expenses. Some scholarship is provided by the Delhi government for financially weak students and also national scholarship is given. Many of us get a job on campus with a very good package.

Wi-Fi facility is available with excellent speed throughout campus. It has five floors fully air-conditioned library 24x7. All the classrooms are air-conditioned. Faculty members are provided with a mic, screen, and every piece of equipment to conduct classes smoothly in auditoriums or smaller classrooms as per need. It has multiple designs, electronics, and computer labs, with most of them being open 24x7 and providing free access to resources like 3-D printers and laser cutters. The hostels are new and in excellent condition. The hostels are also air-conditioned after 8 pm. Common rooms are spacious and provided with sofas, television with Netflix subscription, football, etc. The canteen is open 24x7 with a wide array of options. It also has a café and a Bikaner stall. The mess provides decent food at a reasonable fee. All sports facilities and equipment, i.e., football, basketball, pool, football, table tennis, carrom, and gym are available 24x7 throughout the night.

Candidates need to be a Class 12 pass with a minimum 70% aggregate in five subjects including Physics, Maths, and Chemistry, and 70% in Mathematics in Class 12 from a recognized board to become eligible for the B.Tech program.
