Remarks

The gender ration in my college is almost equal there is no such thing called discrimination. Every student is treated equally irrespective of his caste,gender,race,sexual orientation,colour. Many festive parties are organised by AIMIT. There is no ragging happen in our college.

Entrance Preview

There is a entrance test to this college which is KMAT to pursue MBA course. I choose MBA to make career in management line. I opt for Aloysius institute of management and information technology because it is a very good college have heard amazing reviews about it and its faculty.

Campus Life

Library is ‘The place where knowledge reside’. AIMIT has an excellent library, 12,000 SFT in area. It is located in the Academic Block, above the computer laboratories. The lower section of the library has the OPEN ACCESS section where students can come and read and consult books and journals. The upper section of the library is for stacking books.

Hostel Facilities

AIMIT offers a very special accommodation facility adjacent to the college for boys and girls separately. Provides them with arrangements for food made from the cafeteria. Special security personnel Wardens appointed for the security of boys and girls staying in the hostel.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
