Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because it helps me with the information technological attribute of society, I want to be the CEO of Qualcomm so it is the right branch. The faculty-student ratio is 1:2. Teachers are well qualified and also experienced and studied at IIT or abroad. Two terms of exam mid sem and end sem and they are of good level and quality.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 135000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Major companies like Samsung and LinkedIn provide sde interns in college the students are well trained for this, and students of non it bra also sent the industry site for training and work experience with paid for students.

Placement Experience

The placement is the best point of the college the major recruiting companies are google Microsoft amazon DE Shaw the highest package is 60 lakh and the last year's highest package was 51 LPA. Internships are provided with PPOs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are affordable 135000 is not a much amount and also many UP scholarship opportunities ate available in the college which anyone can opt for. The tuition fee waiver category is also available in the college which you can go for.

Campus Life

There ate three major fests in the college: Aadhaya (the cultural fest), Technika (the technical fest), and aagaaz (the sports fest). Apart from this there are also free day fests like salvaged ( By psmsc) and marimba (by ecell) The sports facility is well good we have a gym tennis court volley court football ground and cricket ground.

Hostel Facilities

Rooms are OK as excepted the rooms are triple-double as well as a single seater. Meal quality is ok you can say as good non-veg availability is present in some hostels. Girls' hostel are also quite good.

Admission

All the things are well organized, but the system is a little bit slow they need to examine each and every student carefully and improve the speed of admission and the physical verification process, All other things are good.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

All About the HBTU throught the lens of a first year student.

The other colleges which i applied to were IET Lucknow , IIIT Una , IIIT Dharwad and other lower IIITs . I choose over those since this colleges reputation and placements spoke for itself they had a very good track record regarding this course and many famous companies have been coming here repeatedly. The admission in this college is through HBTU e-counselling site which is a standalone website managed by HBTU itself . It has a registration fees of 2500 rupees is non refundable . There you fill your choice of courses . The branch is alloted according to your JEE MAINS rank and your preference list . After the seat allotment letter you have to visit college and there you will have to submit your documents then you will be given a provisional admission letter and you are given a choice to upgrade your branch to the courses you have selected in your preference list. The admission in this college for UG is given through only JEE MAINS for engineering and all other branches leaving Biotechonlogy and Biochemical where you can get admission through CUET....Read More

I only applied on josaa counselling and then in HBTU. My rank was not good enough to get a confirm seat in any core branch . Then I opted for HBTU counselling which was providing better seat in that rank if compared .Then onwards I didn't apply in any of the college. To get admission in HBTU Kanpur, you can register in the college counselling and fill the desired seats.
