Course Curriculum Overview
I took Civil Engineering as my choice only because I am a bit inclined toward construction and all. The faculties here are good and quite supportive. And the ratio is not that good but still helpful for all. Most of the teachers here are highly skilled and experienced and they are very well able to deliver their content. Term exams are easy to pass. Nothing to bother much but one being consistent would be able to come out with flying colors.
Internships Opportunities
The companies like Exxon Mobil, TCS, Yatra, Samsung, and startups come to our college to rendering us with internships for the core branches its mandatory to do an internship which the college provides to the student the general stipend depends on the location but an amount ample for the interns is provided and we get to learn a lot from the corporate world.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placements after the 2nd year. But it might vary depending upon the skills one has. There are various companies that visit here, whose details can be found on the WEBSITE OF HBTU. The highest package offered in 2022 was 44 lakhs. The placement percentage is 95%. I'll be going for my CIVIL Dept. . I'll be appearing for GATE, UPPSC.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees here at HBTU are reasonable that is 1,35,000 (Academic fee) +60,000 (Hostel+mess). This is the exact data for HBTU for a 1st-year student. It might increase every year. Students here get scholarships under UTTAR PRADESH SCHEME depending upon the Annual income of any individual's family.
Campus Life
The annual fest here at HBTU is Adhyaay and it is most probably conducted in the month of MARCH-APRIL. Here there are a number of TECH-FEST during Adhyaay. Our library at HBTU offers a variety of books. An individual here won't be disappointed or regret because of the lack of a book. Facilities at the HBTU classroom are good and every lecture hall is air-conditioned, with Digital boards, etc. Here are many sports clubs and many other clubs. There are 9 social clubs here at HBTU which are ruined by the STUDENTS themselves.
Admission
Civil engineering at HBTU was quite an easy process to get through. I was allotted that on the basis of my JEE MAIN CRL rank. Its application form is released on its official website. Form fees are around 1200. And dates may vary. No reservation is there in SPOT COUNSELLING IN HBTU except for EWS. Rest everything is there in ONLINE ROUNDS. The admission process as far as I know is good and should prevail.
