B.tech course in maharaja surajmal is kind of decent and msit is also known as one of the best colleges of ipu. I was interested in the engineering side so I choose this course. Faculty here are knowledgeable and they very well express things to students. Most of the faculties here are Ph.D. and master's too. So, the faculty are overall good. Talking about the exams, in btech 2 exams are conducted in one semester i.e mid terms and end terms. Midterms are not that tough it's pretty easy to get good scores. You do have to study for end sem exams and can score in good that too. No exams are too hard here, just be attentive during classes.

Internships are started in 3rd year itself. Roles such as software engineer, web developer, Android developer, and back-end work in many companies are some of the roles that are provided for the students who sit for internships. Interviews are conducted for the sorting of students. And companies such as Adobe, TCS, Amazon, Google, and many more provide internships here. You can join gdsc club of interest to get placed in Google.

From onward 3rd year you are eligible for the internship as well as placement drive that takes place every single year. Placements as well as internships both are nice for students especially those from its branch. The highest package of our college was 1.7 crore in amazon abroad. And 55 lpa domestic in Adobe. I am also planning to sit for the placement drive and get a good placement from this college.

There are different clubs for those who are interested in extracurricular. For coding enthusiasts coding club is different and for those in sports, drama, finance everything. The infrastructure is pretty decent, you get a good ground to play different sports besides inside games. The library is good, you can issue whatever you want to. Every section is well separated.
