About My College

While comparing the other courses,The B.COM(GENERAL) is a highly demanded course and has many job opportunities. so, I choose this course. There are many well trained and qualified faculties are available in our college. All the faculty members are finished Phd and having minimum of 8 years experience in teaching. They will teach very patiently and handle the students very politely. The total college working days per semester is 90 days, There is a continuous assessment test(CIA) that will be conducted from the 40th working day, there is a model exam is conducted before the semester exam.

There are many companies that will come for internships with stipends. Many students are also selected for internships. This is very useful for the students in the future. While using the internship we're able to gain experience for our careers.

From the 5th semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. There are many reputed companies that visit and offer many types of jobs. The highest salary package is Rs.40000 per month and the average salary package is Rs.18000 per month. There is approximately 70 percent of students are selected for campus placements.

It is a Government- aided college so we want to pay just Rs.1000/- per year as college fees. No donation.No fine for any reason except exam fees. The exam fee is Rs.100 per subject+Rs.100 as extra charges.

There is no culturals will be conducted in our college but we are allowed to go to other colleges for culturals program with OD(ON DUTY).There are many books are available in our college library, We are allowed to borrow 3 books at a time.The classroom will be maintained clean and peaceful to study. Our college will support the sports students and provide so much OD for that students. Our college will have many clubs like red ribbon club, National Cadet Corps, National service scheme, etc.

In Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College, Mylapore the admission process is purely based on the highest cut-off and government guidelines and also gives importance to army man's sons. there is no donation is charged by our college. If you want to apply for any course you just visit the college's official website then you can apply in that, there is no need to go to college for any purposes(before selection), If you selected you received an email and SMS from the college. afterward, you want to go to the college with the mandatory documents such as the 12th mark sheet, 10th mark sheet, community certificate, etc. Then you want to pay the college fees immediately at the time of admission.
