I choose this because I hate the IT field and also this stream has many opportunities to explore without any restrictions. Faculty members are free to ask and they are always ready to help us in both academic and non-academic.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many IT firms take us for the internship. On average that must be 6 Months internship. They provide us with duty if we asked them to let us. They suggest we go to this and that company. But it is our wish to be.

Placement Experience

The placement training starts in 3rd semester itself. We are getting drive from the 5th semester itself. There are companies for every percentage but the highest percentage gets many drives. I have attended nearly 35 companies and still companies are hiring on our campus

Fees and Financial Aid

EEE and MECH - 60000 and others 70000. Also scholarship for 90% and above - no tuition fees and half hostel\transport fees, 85% and above - both 50% 75% and above - both 25%. Also, 80% of students will surely get placed.

Campus Life

Greenish campus, Ultimate celebrations, More and more club events, sports and so on. They provide attention to everything even non-academic. Library hours and library facilities for all the students and faculties

Hostel Facilities

I'm staying in the college hostel. The room is completely renovated and looks awesome. Restrooms are always clean washing rooms and drying rooms are available. Mess food is moderate. Monthly once outing is allowed

Hostel Fee: INR 63000 per year

Admission

I was joined through counselling. So there is no discussion and there are no entrance exams. For my course, there are no eligibility criteria but if you want placement training you should pass a basic test.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

I didn't apply for any other colleges as my high school cutoff was not high enough, but i had 81% result. I chose this college as my cousin was studying in the same university as mine, but different campus. I preferred Karpagam Institute of Technology, as it was the smallest among all the other campus of our university. I preferred a small campus as I am always comfortable with less crowdy environment.
