My dream college

I choose this course because I want to become a software engineer. Faculty: student ratio is very good at IIT Delhi therefore I chose this college. They are highly qualified and experienced. Also, there are frequent exams and difficulty differs from course to choice.

I am in the first year so I do not know much about the companies which come for internships in our college but I have heard from seniors that people get a very good internships. Students also get a chance to do research projects under the professors.

Students become eligible for placements in the 4th year and 3rd-year students are eligible for pre-placements. A lot of multinational companies visit our campus for hiring students. The whole process is taken care of by OCS- office of carrier services. This year more than 50 students bagged packages of more than one crore. The average package of clothes at college is 18 lakh per annum which is very good in amount. 100% of students get placements in our college only the students who do not want to take placement are left. My plan after completing the degree is not to go for placement but it is to go for a startup.

I think the fees of this college are quite high but it is worth its facilities. But for poor people, the institute gives success relief and their fees are quite lower than general fees. You will also get the benefits of reservation in the fees Unfortunately I could not get any scholarship but I am looking for one.

Some of the annual fests are rendezvous, tryst, and bacon. Rendezvous is organized generally in March so the tryst and Bacon are organized in January. Institute has a very big library in which all kinds of books can be found related to courses and the highest studies. the classrooms are well equipped with Hi-Tech facilities. Faculties teach on the projector. For extracurricular activities, a lot of clubs are also available like drama, singing, dancing, debating, etc.

We live two people in a room. our room has a big cupboard, a small cupboard, two lights one fan, one full-size mirror, and one hanger. The food provides in the mess is very good. It is very healthy and hygienic. The registration process for the hostel was online and we had to pay 60000 fees which included both the hostel and Mess fees.

To get admission to IIT Delhi you need to qualify for JEE advance with a good score. If you want to opt for computer science ( B.Tech+ MTech) at IIT Delhi then your AIR should be less than 200 in JEE advance. Reservation benefits are also available for Gen EWS, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PWD candidates. Before giving JEE advance you need to qualify for JEE mains. The form of jee mains can be found on the website of NTA. There are two attempts at JEE mains. Generally one is in January and another is in April.
