I choose it because it was one of the best colleges in Kolkata and faculties is very nice in behaviour. Every department's faculty are either cs or ca. Faculty are very good. They teach very well. Each term consists of 6 months

Placement Experience

From 5 semester students gets the opportunity for placement many big companies come in placement like Wipro tata a good number of students gets placed through college my plan after ug is to do mcom from besc

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for each course differs for bcom it is 27500 per semester. Student gets many opportunities by attending a lot of workshops and seminars conducted by the College. the scholarship program is for students who have scored more than 90 in their 12th

Campus Life

The annual fest of besc is umang and it is conducted in December last week a lot of fun activities and inter-college fest. The library of besc is the main attraction for students. the ln library there are so many books from each department and course. The college has its own sports arena which is very nice .many clubs are there for students.

Admission

To take admission to bhawanipur educational society college you must have a maximum of 50% percentage in your higher secondary examination and it takes admission on a merit-based. it is a very easy process to fill the form you can directly go to bhawanipur educational society college's official site. if you have a 90% percentile in the secondary examination then you can get a scholarship program.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

The besc life

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I got rejected by goenka college of commerce as i could not get their cut off marks . THE FACTS OF BESC

I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
