Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because in Electrical the placement is good. Electrical students are placed in core companies as well as coding companies. The faculty-student ratio is also good. The ratio is approx. 30: 120. The teachers who teach in B.I.T Sindri are minimum MTech from good colleges. And the HODs are Ph.D. from well-reputed NITs and IITs. The method of teaching is also good. There are smart blackboards. After every 1.5 months, there is a mid-sem exam and after 2 mid-sem exams, there is an End exam. There is a regular test that takes place. The difficulty level of this college is the same as others. One who is an average student can get a good CGPA in his/her exams.
Internships Opportunities
Tata steel provides PPI and after that it provides PPO. It also provides internships in foreign countries in Canada. In the year 2022, 32 students do an internship in foreign countries. For Tata steel, they provide a stipend of 400000 per year. And for the foreign country, they give a stipend of rupees 1.5 lakh per month. Many more companies give internships.
Placement Experience
The placement of this college is good. Approx. every student is placed. The average placement is 6 lakh. The students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement. The company visited are Tata steel, Vedanta, JSW, Tata Power, Tata Long Products, Deloitte, Sclumbereg, Amazon, Samsung, CISCO, Akash, Fiitjee, Byjus, etc. many big companies. In every company there are 5 to 6 students are placed. The placement package of Tata steel is 10 lakh, amazon is 44 lakh, etc. The percentage of students getting placements is 85 %. I want to go for teaching in Akash or Byjus, etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of this college is very low among all the colleges in India. For a general student, he has an admission fee of only 15000 in a year. If the student is a girl she has to pay only 7000 in a year and for SC and ST, they have to pay only 3000 in a year. And this fee is constant for 6 years. The scholarship pattern of this college is also good. If any student has an annual income of less than 2 lakhs, then he/she gets a scholarship of a minimum of 20000 and a maximum of 60000. And in regards to the job, in the year 2021, the placement record is 80% and in 2022 it is more than 95 %. The highest package of this college is 44 lakh. And if any student place in any company he can get at least 4 lakh minimum.
Campus Life
The annual fest and tech fest in B.I.T is also good. In Feb a tech fest is conducted and in the month of march, the cultural fest is organized. The name of the tech fest is Tech Udbhav and the cultural fest's name is Saradhutsav. The availability of books in the library is also good. one can find any kind of book in the library. And for special categories, one can keep a book for 1 semester. The College contains 20+ clubs, NGOs, and technical clubs as well as a society where anyone can explore. It is Interbranch and interbranch sports also happen. This College has Rotaract Club, Leo club, and tech clubs as well.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facilities of this college are medium. In 1st yr in the room, there are 4 students or 3 students. Then in 2nd year in one room there are 2 to 3 students and a student can expert a single room in the final year. The hostel gives a bed, study table, cupboard, etc. The meal at this college is average. There is 4-day non-veg food in a week. The price of the meal is 3900 per month and one who gets admission to this college has to show admission payment and hostel payment bill. Outside the college, some PGs want to stay.
Admission
One has to clear JEE mains with approx. 90 percentile. The candidate must have a Jharkhand domicile. He /she belongs to any category and must give the certificate. The J.C.E.C.E.B release a form where students have to register and after a few days, there is a choice filling. After that one can get a seat. If anyone has a reservation category then he/she must need less percentile for admission. And he/she needs to pay fewer admission fees. The cut-off for gen is 90 percentile, OBC is 88 percentile, SC is 75 percentile and ST is 70 percentile.

Because it is the cheapest and the only one state government college of Jharkhand. Any one can do engineering in just 2 lakhs.
