Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because this course provides good career opportunities in the industrial sector. The number of students enrolled in 2 years is 100 and a total of 6 teachers are present in our department. The student-teacher ratio was 5:1.
Internships Opportunities
Every year students of this university go for internships. The companies like Bhel, Ohpc, Optcl, Irel, etc. Provides internships to our students. Every year placement drive was conducted. Projects are different according to their concern department.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure was decided by the government of Odisha. The cost to study was good. Many state scholarships are given to the students as per the criteria set by government of Odisha like post metric, Gopabandhu ,e medhabruti.
Campus Life
The annual fest was organized in January every year. Both professors and students take part in this. For the sports facilities every year students are selected for nationals to represent our university.
Hostel Facilities
Yes in our university 8 boys' hostel was present in them 6 for pg students and 2 for Ph.D. students and for girls total was 10. 7 for pg and 3 for Ph.D. students. The hostel fee is 8000 per year. Every basic facility was available.
Admission
No, the admission process was running very smoothly by the administration. Every year the government of Odisha conducts a pg level entrance exam called cpet, through this entrance meritorious students are selected.
