Course Curriculum Overview
In the Mechanical Engineering department, there are approximately 80 members in the branch from our batch. We have 2 sections and we need to give 4 exams per year, there are 2 minors for 10 marks each. Mid-semester exam for 30 marks, End semester exam for 50 marks, and the overall semester marks will be realized in the marks sheet at once after the semester.
Placement Experience
National Institute of Technology Warangal is meant for its good placements. Placements in our colleges start from the 7th semester, we have a team called the training and placement cell which takes care of our placements. The top companies are Amazon, Microsoft, Uber, and Oracle.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is about 65000 per semester for the tuition fee. We also need to pay the hostel fee and Mess fee separately which varies every time, unlike the tuition fee. NITW provides merit scholarships for some students scoring higher CGPA through which their tuition fee will be waived and for SC-ST central government provides a few schemes of scholarships.
Campus Life
Campus life at the National Institute of Technology Warangal is quite good as compared to other NITs. We have 2 major fests in our college one is a technical fest called Technozian and the other one is a cultural fest called Spring Spree. There are many student clubs in our NITW.
Admission
To get admission into Btech in NITW, one needs to clear JEE Mains which is conducted by NTA every year, and take part in JOSSA counseling which is done by the percentiles score in JEE Mains Examination.

Chandigarh University - [CU] | Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Computer Science and Engineering)
As i got NITW i did not go for CU because NITW is one of the top NITs.
