it is best collage in madhya pradesh after iit indore and manit bhopal

Bathrooms of this college are worst. In some blocks they are not cleaned from several years . Pipes are not properly installed. Labs are quite good and devices are in working condition as they are used by students of iit indore

I had given jee mains 2017, scored 132 , and landed on a rank of 37831. Through this rank i got admission in first round of dte counselling in this college. I want to pursue cse in iet davv or sgsits but my rank was not enough . Therefore i opted for IT at iet davv. I preferred it over electrical engineering at sgsits as IT has more scope and better placement opportunity in future as compared to electrical.

As iet is a autonomus and had a university status so it has its own course and curriculum. Its course gets updated every year and it focuses more on practicle rather than theoury. Its course dose not focuses much on reaserch. But it will give you most of the industrial and practicle knowledge

I had heard from many of my seniors that they got some interns. But only a few students got this. Many times college itself provides intern to students like doing an admission, maintenance of college website etc.

Placement is plus point of ier davv . Nearly all students from cs/it get placed and majority of students are hired by mass recuriters like tcs, infosys, accneture, capgemani etc. Few of talented students are placed in software giants like adobe, mu sigma. The highest package till offered in 12 lpa by adobe and average is 4.5 lpa.

Iet davv hosts central indias largest cultural fest aakshank. It has many clubs and bands like going, literary club, technical club etc. It also have a technical fest called invento where many staetups takes place. Iet has its own football team, cricket club , badminton club, and many more events are happening in iet.

Its fee structure is feasible it has a fee of 72000 for first year. Including 4000 caution money.It is less as compared to other private collages in indore like medicaps, acropolis, vaishnav etc. As it is a self financing collage so it has more fee as compared to government aided colleges like sgsits and sati vidisha or government collages like jec jabalpur

Only scholarship for sc, st, obc students. There is nothing for general catogery students. Only due to that worst reservation system in india on the basis of cast. It should be rather income based.

Campus life in this college is best as i think as compared to other colleges . It has many cultural and technical fest. Many sports and literary clubs like iet sports club , conferno ( which has debate and gd compitition, to improve your confidence level) , technical clubs like invento is there. Many coding competitions are there.

I am a local indori so i do not reside in hostel. But many of my friends are in hostel and i have seen it from inside. My friends always complains about hostel and its toilet. As it has a common toilet so many students face problem. Mess food is just ok. Because it is not costly . It is very affordable. It is 30 rs for one time unlimited. Food is also hygenic. Hostle fee is rs 17000 per annum. A room is accomodated to 2 peoples

Here seniors are really helpful they are more helping than any other teacher. The will guide you about many clubs, fests and exams. Iet has a weak alumini network as it not too old collage. It is started on 1996 therefore there are not much alumni

Exam structure is set according to latest cbcs ( choice based credit system ) pattern. It consist of 3 mid sem tests of 20 marks each. Out of which only best 2 are considered. And followed by a final exam of 60 marks. A year consist of 2 sems. Majority of questions are repeatsd from previous year papers.

I was admitted through dte mp counselling based on my jee mains rank i got IT in iet davv. After allotment through dte mp you need to report to institute with all your documents ready like TC , 10 & 12 marksheet , allotment letter, etc. It took 2-3 hours for admission process to complete

Here some teachers are really well qualified and are phd holders and really know how to teach like dheeraj mandloi sir, jitendra singh sir, etc but some are really nerd and not even know how to teach, they only take out a book like bs grewal in class and start copying it on black board
