Remarks

The college is very good even great compared to many colleges found in the nearby cities. Management is good and helpful in times of need. They go to an extreme extent to arrange us industrial visits and HR interactions.

Entrance Preview

There was no entrance exam for admission. I was straightly admitted. There is no donation for most of the courses.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is great compared to other colleges. There is even a project work in UG level which will help a lot in future.

We undergo internships every semester which adds to our resume. Other certificate oriented courses are provided.

Placement training is provided throughout the last year and quite some biotechnology companies come for campus interview

Campus life is awesome. Gender ratio is more or loss equal. Extra curricular activities are held. Gym and many canteens are available. There is a vast area for sports sessions. Students from various states study here so there is no rationalism. Many NRI are found in the college too.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good. Separate hostel for boys and girls. Security is reliable. Food is quite good and the room rent are affordable.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumini meet is held often. They have a lot of contact with them and alumini interaction is held where the passed out students share their experiences and updates us with current news in the industry. They also allow us to personally contact them and gain details about the field/ company they work.

Exam Structure

Exam structure consist of internals including MCQ (online exam) There is a great lab facility. Nearly all the modern equipments are found and the students are trained properly

I personally went and submitted my application form. Since I fulfilled the required qualities, I was admitted. There was no donation fee.

Faculty

Faculties are quite friendly. There are no strict rules and they make sure that no ragging occurs.

A College that builds knowledge,confidence and memories

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is a famous one and it is studied by many higher officials. The faculty is very good and talented, students ratio is 500:900. Life at GRD

Well I have applied for more than three colleges in between of these I was doing my Neet exams my score was not much I got 447 in need exams and yet was not interested in doing MBBS so I really wanted to do psychology so when it comes to grd I found it flexible with the courses and also they was not dress code and comparative from other colleges grd got so many exposures lot to learn and in spite of this I got admission in PSG I have already paid my admission steps in grd so I was not able to make it in PSG and I was not rejected and all I prefer other colleges like got a vibrate campus and when it comes to admission process there was no exams for getting into UG is an all based on your 12th marks I in the school which you have done and some people you have got up paid the donation but it is very rare I prefer GRT for and vibrant happy enthusiastic a better place to learn in better place to have placements and for PGS you will be having entrance exams and you will also be referred with your uji's in your performance in UG exam...Read More
