Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty: student ratio in my college is quite favorable. There are over 180 experienced and qualified professors who are dedicated to providing quality education to students. In terms of student intake, the college offers over 950 seats for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. At our institution, all professors possess higher qualifications, with many having earned a Master's degree and several even holding a doctoral degree in their respective fields of expertise. Although faculty members are well knowledgeable but sometimes some professors do not complete their syllabus on time and students have to prepare it by themselves.Term exams in each semester typically consisted of one mid-semester written exam and one practical/viva mock test. The difficulty of passing these exams varied based on individual student's performance and the level of rigor in the exam paper set by the faculty. However, on average, these exams are not considered overly difficult.
Placement Experience
The college has a strong record of corporate placement with well-known companies such as IBM, Infosys, TCS, E-Infochip, Reliance, NIRMA, Torrent Power, Argusoft, TatvaSoft, Hitachi, Maruti Technolabs, Adani Enterprises regularly visiting campus to hire students as per their requirements. Students from Computer Engineering, Information Technology, and Electronics and Communication streams generally receive higher packages from these companies. In the 2023 pass-out year, a total of 417 students received job offers from these companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college is government organized, so the fees are not significantly high, amounting to around 3000k per year. However, there are no campus jobs available for students. The latest information on scholarships and financial assistance can be found on the college website.

Admission
The admission process for the college I'm familiar with is regulated by the Admission committee for Professional Courses(ACPC). To apply for admission, candidates must register and fill in the details on the ACPC website within a specific period, which is announced on the official website. The application fee varies from year to year. ACPC generates an ACPC RANK for an individual candidate. ACPC merit marks are calculated by combining 40% of the GUJCET marks and 60% of PCM 12th Board marks, whether it be GSEB, CBSE, or ICSE. After that, students can select the college/university they wish to join. Seat allocation happens considering the candidate's merits rank. Also, candidates who are from the reservation category can get availed in the admission process. The entire process is online; candidates are not required to visit individual colleges or universities for admission. However, they may need to visit once for admission confirmation.
