Good and affordable college with decent placements

I personally like Computer programming and development that's why I chose CSE. I had already decided from the very beginning that If I would choose Engineering then CSE would be my branch. Student Faculty Ratio is quite good. We have 1 teacher for 60-70 students. We have 2 types of exams Semester and the Internal exams which are CIA( Commutative Internal Assessment) twice every semester. They are not too tough, you can easily score well by studying a week before the exams.

For getting the internship you should be ready with a project and should have a good GPA. College provides internships but only in the 3rd and 4th year. For getting it earlier you yourself have to apply.

From the 6th semester onwards that is at the end of the 3rd year students are eligible for placements. Many Companies visit our campus and conduct placement exams and interviews for hiring students. Wipro, TCS, and Accenture are some mass recruiters and the rest companies only take about 10 to 15 students. This year One student got placed in Google with a package ge of 29 LPA. In CSE, IT, and ECE almost every student gets placed and it's a bit tough for ME, and CE students, but they also get decent jobs. Overall placement are good.

The Annual fee is about 1.2 lacs . You also get a scholarship every year if you are a UP resident and fulfill the criteria like low income and caste criteria. The hostel fee is around 1 lac per year for Non Ac and it's about 1.3 lac for AC hostel. We have total of 3 hostels, 2 for boys and 1 for girls. The campus is quite large and filled with lush greenery.

Zelicon is the 3-day Annual fest that is held every year. Many types of events are organized by different societies in our college. We take part in that and enjoy the event. Singers and DJs are also invited to make the event more joyous. We also have a basketball court and a cricket ground and a Multipurpose hall. There are many societies for different things like dance and singing, acting, Entrepreneurship and development, for Speech and talks, in which students can enroll and pursue their interests.

I got admission through JEE mains Exam. I got Computer Science and engineering. As I am an OBC student and my percentile was about 93. so I got it. I got it in the first round itself. I also took the benefit of UP Home state quota.
