Remarks

College life was extra ordinary which says WORK HARD PARTY HARDER.

Entrance Preview

Took CET exam after 12th standard. Scored a good rank & opted this college as it was quite famous & near to travelling.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was devised orderly and effectively as ours was new syllabus.

Internships Opportunities

We 3 friends had done a private internship @ HAL limited outside our college. At our period, there was not much of a stipend schedule, possibly due to recession reasons.

Placement Experience

There was a placement committee which was committed certain activities in bringing few companies to college and also information about walk-ins and openings outside.

College Events

There was a technical fest, symposium, seminars and workshops. Also there were some inter-college fests which included both extracurricular as well as tech activities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

fee structure was feasible.. it was mainly based CET structure.For management seat - fees was very expensive, but under CET cadre it was feasible. Some scholarships were also given.

Fees and Financial Aid

Good scholarships for merit students were honored. Also education loan facility was available in the college.

Campus Life

Campus life was extra-ordinary which was vibrant, away from the city crowd.There were class parties, Inter college fests, seminars & workshops around the year.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities were outside the college about 1 km. there were separate areas for girls & boys. Mess food was good.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

There are some alumni network in Facebook and Orkut.. as there was no Whatsapp at that time.Senior students are even available on LinkedIn professional network.

Exam Structure

Exam structure was good and spaced out orderly. Lab exams were after the main exams. There were 2 exams per day on certain times.

the eligibily might be from 3rd year. There are several companies such as capegemini hitachi patym dmart. 700 offers are offered. Highest is 25 lakh and average is around like 5 lakh. After the completion of my degree i would like to persue higher studies like MS.

Placement stats are pretty good, offers above 50LPA have also been granted to students, but they are not as common. With a good cgpa, 5+ LPA can be ensured. Students from 6th sem become eligible for placements, companies such as TI, Apple, Daimler Trucks etc have come for placements

The 6th,7th and 8th semesters are eligible for campus placement. There are many companies visiting campus but it differs every year. The highest package is 7L-8L and the lowest package is 3L. My plan after getting a degree is to get a job in a good company.

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for campus selection. A lot of companies visit like Bosch, Amazon, Flipkart, aequs, and many more. Around 40% of students get placements in the visited companies. My plan is to start a business by own.

No there were not many placements which took place in the college especially for my branch (i.e mechanical engineering) but for other branches they had awesome placements coming up, usually, most of the IT companies like HP, Dell, Amazon,eBay, etc; visited the college.
